We use form submission data solely to: review your inquiry and determine if we are a good fit, contact you to discuss your project, and route your information to the appropriate team member.

Form submission data is retained for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted. If you become a client, your project-related information is stored securely and governed by a separate client agreement.

Vexio builds and operates AI-powered automation systems. Our default policy is no data retention - client data is processed in memory and not stored by AI tools unless explicitly required and agreed upon in writing.
When real client documents are used for testing or configuration purposes, they are deleted upon completion of that work.

Professional oversight
AI tools are used to support and accelerate our team's work, not to replace professional judgment. All AI outputs are reviewed by a qualified Vexio team member before being used or delivered.
No automated decisions
AI does not make final decisions about your business or project. Every recommendation, build, and deliverable is reviewed and approved by our team.
Data minimization
We use only the client data necessary to complete the work. Where possible, data is processed in memory and not retained after the task is complete.
